need crack for championship manager 00/01 v3.88 patch

I'm sick of putting the cd in every 5 mins then taking it back out to play my music cds and dvds, I had a crack for the first patch but cant find one for the 3.88 patch that was released yesterday and never found one for the 3.86 patch either. Anyone seen it yet?
