Red Alert 2 IPX Multiplayer Problems

I installed the cracks the way Gman1 said. The game works great single player. The only problem is, I cant get the IPX network game to work. I have two computers hooked up on my Lan. Both have the entire contents of the cd's on them. When I run one as the host the other one never see's it in the lobby. Am I going about this the right way? Any ideas?
