newbie More cdrwin help

Hey charlie I'm still having trouble putting patches on my ea sports games using cdwin....
Is there anyone i can call and talk to that has a 800#

Also I was running cdwin and when I went to record it gave me an error that said Error 'start DAO Recording'command failed on device0:0:0 unable to set disc parameters...Could you let me know whats up? It said this when i had it in raw mode.. But when i had nothing ticked checked it recorded but the game did not work when i tried....Please help
