Why can't I get the Red Alert2 Crack to Work!?!

Ok, I've tried both versions with their corresponding cracks v1.0 and v1.01
I copied the Cracked Game.exe to the root directory, but it still asks for the CD ROM, everytime. I've copied all the .mix files to the root directory from Both CD's. The only .mix file(s) I did not copy is the setup.mix from the CD, could that be the reason for the crack not working? I'm a little confused about a full installation, installing the game doesn't really give you an option for a full install does it?
I sure could use some step by step instructions for getting the Crack for this game to work.

When I got it to work I also downloaded the copy cd crack then copied the RA2.exe from that crack to the red alert root directory also may be ra1.dsk and ra2.dsk

Yeah, I did copy all the .mix files except for the Setup.mix file, I didn't try the Ra2.exe from the Copy CD crack, I will try that out, thanks for replying......

I have the same problems you are having...I am from Australia mabe it is a version problem..the crack might not be right for this version...
