copying a ps game for back up

i am very new to the world of copying games and do not understand the language you experts use!
i want to copy ps games and currently use the nero wizard to copy my pc games or music. can i use the wizard for ps games?

i don't use the wizard with nero i go straight to cd copy and then setup it up so it matches the information on backup tips found on on the console game site and burn away with NO SIMULATION as it can stuff up the burn, and at 2 speed hope it helps

When I use nero to copy pc or psx games i do NOT use the wozard since u can't choose some specific options:

data mode 1: check continue writing, write uncorrected
data mode 2: same thing
check all of the other box on this option tab except -use jitter correction-

this way, if the game doesn't have a mod chip proctection, it will work just fine, otherwise you need to apply a patch using cdrwin and ppf-o-matic.

I suggest using cdrwin to back up your PSX games. It is very simple to use and you won't have to change any of the settings. You can download the copy program at www.goldenhawk.com
