Need Some Assistance
Hi! I am new to this back-up business(since I did not know that if I had the original I could make a back up, I never tried), here is my dilema--I let my friend borrow Spiderman 2, when he gave it back it was scratched! So, in order not to lose my game, I decided to make a back up in case my real game won't work anymore. I got adaptec easy cd creator I wish to know where to place the patch, I got the patch but do not no where to place it. I know there are better programs out there but I got a slow internet modem so it will take too long to download, Help me!

Clone cd and cdrwin are not very big programs. You shouldnt have any problems downloading either program even if your internet speed is 28.8. if you must apply patches you will be required to have one or both. You cannot patch with Adaptec software, to me is probally the worst to copy PSX titles. You will also need a modchip or psx-change boot disc to play the backups. Use the search engine to find tutorials for clone cd or cdrwin. Good Luck.

to be quite honest with you i would'nt even bother with adeptec go with clonecd (my own personal choice) its not a very big proggy and whether it takes a long time to d/load or not it will be worth waiting for in the end ;-)

I wouldn't bother with the reply from sp2, Clonecd does NOT work with all hardware, suggest you check to see yours is 100% compatible before downloading else it will be just a waste of time.
