need help for backup Resident Evil

hi, i got a problem while doing a cd image of Resident Evil, here's the error message:
Error:Unable to read Data sectors 108729 to 108755 on device 0:0:0
Read/Write error or bad medium detected (04h 00h 02h 11h 05h)
what is this mean? is it the problem of the disc ?

what is the name of the burningprogram you use?? i recommend you to use either Nero or CloneCD

Throw the disc away, read errors indicate the disc is damaged.

you can try cleaning it with something soft or setting read retry over 50 times.
