How do you convert PAL to NTSC?

The game I'm mostly trying to convert is Castlevania SOTN into NTSC format.

you can't convert ntsc to pal(and vice versa)

unless you have a modchip. it costs around AUD$25(maybe US$15) and can be found on many internet. Just goto a search engine and type in "Playstation mod-chips"

try downloading pal4u2000 from megagames.com it should work kamikazie is wrong i have converted pal to ntsc and vice versa with this program and they all work fine so give it a go

download the patch, if its a ppf file extension use ppf-o-matic , if its a p4u use pal4 u.
or u could just burn a boot disk and swap the disks when it says and change it to pal mode,
