Eventually you will need a DVD RAM Drive to back up PS2 DVD games; but not until the software to do that arrives; equivalents for DVDs as per CDR-WIN and CLONECD which deal with the special features of PS2 disks.
Now, about that £20 ....... |

Hi,
As Charlie says at the mo a normal CD Writer will burn most PS2 games as long as they are not on DVD format. But your writer must be compatible with CLONE CD or CDr-win or other to get success on your backups. In the future you will need a DVD writer and DVD writer software to burn the DVD games. I dont know if the current version of CLONE will burn DVDs infact im pretty sure it does not, but im sure the makers of CLONE will bring out a version in the furture. Charlie twos on that 20 quid???
