1x burn = no coaster

burning at 1x will take along time but you'll get a perfect back-up, slower speeds are needed for certain games or to make they come out flawless especailly if you don't have a burn proof burner. 2x to 4x is pretty safe but it depends on your ram and the size of the buffer you can use.
