Goto www.megagames.com or www.playstationmods.com www.psxcopyworld.com and read the very competent tutorials.

Also search this forum on the word "copy" and you'll not only get the above advice given to countless others, but also some of the gotchas associated with copying.

To give you encouragement, the main ingredients you'll need are:

1 A Modchip or something that allows backups to be used
2 A copy program (CDR-WIN or CLONECD are advised)
3 A writer compatible with the coy program (most important)
4 Access to www.megagames.com to download patch programs and patches

When I started out I managed my first copy by doing the above research. I first came to the forum to ask about NTSC to PAL issues. This forum is great.

I have created my site just for people like yourself.

When i started i found that you had to goto here and goto there to find the programs, tutorials e.t.c.

SO i created my site hoping that it would have most of what is need to copy PSX games and the correct information.

BOT is on a distinguished road
Deano, are you going to correct your tutorial on copying with CDRWin or not?
If not I will have to ban you for disseminating incorrect information.

Deano, sorry mate but i have to agree with BOT-CK regarding the CDRWin tutorial (ERROR RECOVERY), and by the way it is possible to read a pic after the fuses have been set, just need to have the right programmer and software.

Spooky thanks for that, but yes i understand about the error recovery as well and all has been fixed, as i was banned until it was retified it was just as case of mis-understanding.

Any way to raise the point again the settings i used where taken from megagames.com i wonder if anyone has informed them it is wrong.
