Driver 2 question

I have burned both disc's of Driver 2. I have completed the missions on the first disc and the game says to insert disc 2. But when I do it says to insert disc 1. Is there a trick to playing the second disc of a 2 disc set? thanx.

you have about 5sec to put in disc 2 and close the lid or the mod chip will turn off
OR if that doesn't it could be your mod chip is not prog to play two disc games
there is another reason but i have forgot what it is try putting in disc 2 super fast 1st
