Anybody get a Neo 2.5 from www.consolesource.com?
Has anyone got and installed the Neo 2.5 modchip from www.consolesource.com? If so how well does it work for CDR copies? DVD copies? EA copies? How hard to install? Is it really any better than Neo 2.2 that you can get for $7 instead of $30?

It does as it says, I've got a ps2 3003v4 and have fitted the Neo 2.5 mod it only has 5 wires and is easyer to fit than the Neo2.2. To boot DVDR's you will need AR2v1.9 and a original disk like DOA to do a double swap. read my artical about how to boot with Neo2.5 in this forum.
Hope I've helped. PS2 30003v4 Neo 2.5 DVD mod AR2 v1.9 Pioneer DVD Writer Sony 12x Writer CDR Win v4 Primo DVD |
