Any PSX patch
How exactly do i put the patch on a backup game?
I have the iso, dummy file, and patch.
Do I have to do anything special with the patch?

you need ppf patch o matic for .bin .cue files.

For iso, you need an iso pathcer, go to www.megagames.com
