Cannot Copy Bob the Builder

Has anyone managed to copy Bob the Builder (PAL)? I have tried both Nero and CD Clone with different media but still no luck. The game starts fine and plays the intro then starts to load the individual games and gets stuck.

Any ideas?

If its a patch, where do I get it because I can't find one anywhere.

Not protected.
Could be your PSX is getting worn out.
Does the game work ok on PC using an emulator?

Yeah, works with a PC emulator.

My PSX is not MOD chipped, I use the swap trick with the MOD plug in card - does that make a difference?

yes them plug in mod chips are crap its hit & miss with a plug in you better having a mod chip fitted
