PS2 Bootup Disc (Hopefully)

I downloaded a so called bootup called PS2bootup disc by Tou Fou. but it is in a format ive never seen and nobody seems to know what it is its a CDP Format, if anyone can tell me what kind of format this is and what burning utility it supports, i will glady e mail u this CDP image! some one out there is bound to know what this is!!!!Please Help!!

The ps2 needs a chip and not a bootcd. They have come out but they can only play psx backups and not ps2 backups, which is pretty useless really!!!!!!!
