Games not copying properly

I have tried copying games a few times on different types of discs and only WWF Smackdown works. I have the right patches for games like Theme Park World, but they still won't work. Please can someome tell my why they won't work. I'm using the demo of CDRwin 3.8d and following instructions properly.

are your cdr's good quality as that can be a problem
