Which one?

Which is the best CD burner software? I have PSX Copy 6.2 (which was recomendded but som eone else told me its rubbish.
I also have cdrwin and I havn't got the slightest idea how to use it?

So which one is best and where can I fid a tutorial for CDRWIN
