Mod-Chip Solder . . .
Ok, im just windering if it is true that mod chips need a special type of solder. My friend shipped me a chip and forgot the solder. So i picked up some at radio shack. I soldered it and my psx works the same "works fine, just no backup/imports" and i was wondering if it is true the solder cannot contain lead. Because this solder does.

ya, i got it froma friend . . .and he wasnt sure if it would work. im gonna re-wire it as a non-stealth chip and see if that works since i have heard if you use a regualr mod along with a modified game enhancer "which i have" that it would work on protected games. AND i was windering if it is possible 2 be the wrong solder? I dont wanna go out and buy a new chip just yet
