How to get rid of green screen??
I have a PAL PS2 with a NEO4 installed. I have backed up many games and all worked perfectly. I received a NTSC game (Grand Theft Auto 3), but it plays in black and white. The game is a copied CD version from Asia. I bought a Playstation NTSC to PAL converter, but now the screen is green. I know the talk on this forum is to use a Blaze Scart Cable, but i havent been able to source one here in Australia. Is there any other suggestions i can try?? Thanks

If you can't get a proper scart cable, I can send you a simple wiring diagram to make your own RGB cable.
Requirements: 1.) Sony AV connector (I modified the one that came with my Guncon light gun) 2.) Scart plug 3.) Apart from a bit of wire, soldering iron, thats it! P.S. Your TV MUST be able to accept RGB through the scart connector. (you usually have to select RGB on the TV) Let me know if you need this & I will e-mail the details to you. (Its really simple) ** Let's you play all Ntsc games on a Pal tv with patches needed. ** Also lets you play Ntsc DVD's in colour (Must use DVD regionX, or AR2) Best Regards... Kev1n |
