I know that the patches don't work & have tried Clone CD and that didn't work either can anyone help.

NO, it is Clone or nothing.
Paradogs are not going to make a patch for the Australian version.

You will probably find that your burner is not fully supported by CloneCD. Eg..."In the write facility I can't tick Don't Repair Sub Channel Data" and you need that ticked to be successful so I am told

So Why do all the other versions right & not the Australian version ???
