Need Help With NERO, Not a newbie here!!

I have a new DELL computer with a burner. I have downloaded NERO 5.0.2.4 then added a serial # i have found. When reading the psx game it shuts down at 19%. Also i cant adjust any settings like raw, retry, and any of the settings you need for psx copying. I also tried CD clone and it also stops at 19%. Its the Dukes of hazzard game i am trying to copy. I had a Gateway computer with a burner last year with NERO and never had a problem copying these games. PLEASE HELP

all i can think is that it's a dodgy serial number you have found(had same problem)
but easiest way is to dump nero and go with cdrwin by far the better program especially for psx
