Help me

I am struggling to acheive a copy of Hogs Of War psx, after i have played a game it freezes and the only way to get another game is to reset the console.
I have no problems with games before, I am using Clone CD on a yamaha 8x8x24 scsi rewriter, so why now is this game.
I have used the database it comes with and it says it has no protection... so why wont it copy properly?What am i doing wrong?

Please help me
