I created my cdi using bin2boot. Now what do I do?

I created my cdi using bin2boot and converted it to a nero image and attempted to just burn it but the game didn't run. Do I have to write the first session with my 6 sec audio file first and then burn it on the second session? How can I burn the cdi image without coverting it to another image format using either nero, cdrwin, or adectec?
