Why would you want to do that? You can't boot from a backup!

Even if you did it would not work properly, they are pressed cds and will not boot.

You say i have to buy "original" regionX boot CD (like DATEL one) to swap with neo22 ? Can't i swap with other ps2 DVDs?

No, you will still need a original region-x, AR2 or gameshark2 to boot any backup no matter if it's a cdr backup or a dvdr.
