NTSC to Pal

I have a PAL PS2 with a NEO4 installed. I have received a CD format NTSC version of Time Crisis 2 and would like to make it work on my PS2. What is the best way of attacking this. Do i need to apply a patch? Or do I need a different cable for the back of my PS2? Thanks for your help.

A BLAZE Scart lead from HMV should do the trick.
