Hrmm I suggest you check the following....

Did you download the rips in .cdi format?
Are they not corrupted?
Were they made in DJ3, because if they were made in DJ2 they will NOT work in anything other than DJ2?
If they are not in .cdi format use other burner software. .nrg-nero , cue/bin-cdrwin

What version of Disc Juggler? I understand that DJ 2.0 will give that type of message when trying to burn a DJ 3.0 .CDI file. The opposite scenario might also give that error (DJ3 with DJ2 .CDI files).

Also, you are using the BURN CD-IMAGE to CD mode, followed by clicking the SOURCE icon (looks like a folder), aren't you? From there you browse to the .CDI file.

Don't drag and drop .CDI files to Disc Juggler. It doesn't know what to do with them and treats them like .CDJ files (disc layouts).
