NTSC PS2 Play PAL with VGA box?

Will a NTSC PS2 play a PAL game with a VGA Redant box? Or will I have to do something else too?

Yes - it's purpose is to receive whatever the PS2 puts out and convert it to VGA. Having said that, I haven't tried that particular box and I know your concern - is the box just NTSC oriented? Well according to its spec it isn't.
