Macintosh-User> Any Backup-Tips?

need help to backup my games on a Macintosh (G3). On a PM 8600/80 (OS 7.6) i can read a Dreamcast-CD (funny - it doesn't work on OS 9.0.4) but i can't write it. Any ideas??
