Virtua Fighter 3 Patch question

I have the Kalisto release of Virtua Fighter 3tb and want to patch it with the 50/60 HZ Patch I got from dccopyworld.com. But when I try, it always says that the bin image is not in correct size. The strange thing is, that the image I have is a cdi and inspite of that, the image will be patched. Can I still burn the game with this? Is the Patch from AEN actually for the Kalisto release? Does someone already patched VF3tb for using on Pal DCs without the borders?
Once again: I'm already registered, but the damn forum won't let me login: it says inactive account: Domeone know how to fix this?

Sure, you could always use a different name to register under... Even a variant of your desired name would work, so long as it was different.

You can ignore the first warning screen (PPf-O-Matic v2), but when the second is shown you should leave it.
