Help with patching the games...

I am a newby at DC world. Just purchased it(PAL version). With the unit the seller gave me a lot of pirated games. Because I do not have a TV in my room I wanted to use my PC monitor as a TV via TV tuner. TV tuner seems to only accept PAL games(50Hz) because 60Hz NTSC games are all messed up. There is a thing called a VGA Box but they do not sell it in Slovenia. The only way to play Dead or Alive 2(or others like Virtua Tennis(I love it!)) seems to be to patch the game to work only on 50Hz. Is this possible? How to apply DC patches onto already patched game. Do I have to make a ISO file(what program should I use) from already burned game and apply the ppf file on it? I found the program caled PAL patcher that can change the BIN files from 50Hz to 60Hz. Can this be done vice versa(60Hz->50Hz)? Is it enough to only patch the file 1st_read.bin or do I have to make the whole ISO file from a burned CD and apply the patch on to it?

Your problem is not the 60Hz mode, you have to use a VGA-Box! (Blaze!)
Search the net for a Onlineshop who sells to Slovenia, too.

The best thing you can do is to buy a TV!
Warning: Not all TV's supports 60Hz! Look in the instructions before buying one.

Note: Virtua Tennis is the best sports game on DC! (The PAL version has an 50/60Hz selector!)
