HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to know what burning software I use to copy .bin files, and how to do it.

You will need either CDR-WIN or fireburner, i personally prefer CDR-WIN. Once you have CDR-WIN open it up and select RECORD DISC, click load CUE sheet and then go to the directory were your bin file is, there should also be a CUE sheet in there select that and then burn.
