Wing Commander HELP

I have the orginal copy of wing commander prophecy ,i cant remember the last time i play it , but it was alont time ago ,i install it again to play , but the video runs so quick now
my problem is how to slow the video down ?
i have tryed to slow my CPU ,Graphic card down ,but still the video runs to quick ,and i also have tryed to slow my cd rom down also
thanks in advance for any help you can give

I believe you had to have v-sync enabled for the videos to run correctly. See if that works.

the v-sync is enabled on by defualt ,on my graphic card
