Looking for a Great PS2 mod installer?

Greetings...

It's been about a week now with my PS2 Magic V 56K verson 10 mod installed by John at www.norcalmods.com. His services are outstanding and his guarantee came through for me in a crisis. I originally bought a PS2 V9 for Xmas 03' and had him install a Magic V 50K. I shipped it to him priority Monday and got it back on the following Monday. Quick turn around. 2 days later it quick working and tried everything to get it to work with no luck. John agreed to have me ship it back to him and he would check it out. He went through it all and found the problem was with the motherboard. He gave me a few options. He knew someone that bought dead PS2s. They wouldn't pay no where near what I had in it. So I had him return it back to me and he paid the shipping costs with no questions asked. I've heard from him and others that the V9 had some problems. The Walmart I originally purchased it from just got a fresh batch of V10 PS2 so I exchanged the dead V9 for a new PS2 V10 with no problems.

NOTE: One key note here is you need to have the Walmart receipt and the original PS2 box before they consider doing this. They didn't even bother looking at the tamper seal on the PS2. You need to do it within the 90 day period.

Before even doing this John even offered to refund my money and If I wanted to wait until I got a hold of a V10. I then shipped the new PS2 V10 to him on a Thursday. He installed a new chip and shipped it back to me with no extra charges. Again I received on the Following Thursday. He payed the shipping charges again to have it shipped back. And all these shipping charges were with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Over all John is nice guy and keeps you well informed of the progress of your PS2. If something ever goes wrong with an install he will go out of his way to help solve any problems.

Keep up the good work John at www.norcalmods.com.

Tony
