Does Valhalla's DC DivX Player Work?

I found a DivX player for Dreamcast by Valhalla. Anyone know if it works or not? I'd try it out myself, but my dreamcast hasn't arrived yet =) Also i'm assuming i just transfer the files to the cd in the form the are in the zip file, that is with 5 files in the root directory (not including the NFO) and keep the other 3 files in the sub directory movies, and put the DivX movie into that. I don't know if anyone else's version came with more documentation, but All mine did was come with Valhalla's shout outs.
