Mac's superdrive dvd burning

Does anyone know how to copy dvd ps2 games using a mac's superdrive dvd-r? Thanks to anyone that can help me out.

1, use "dvd extractor" to save an image of the ps2 dvd-rom onto your hardrive.
2, update "Roxio Toast Titanium" to version 5.0.2 ( to support Pioneer superdrive/Pioneer A03) www.roxio.com

3, double click on the image u saved with dvd extractor, it'll boot into toast as a DVD Image,

4, click burn/Write

Takes about 50 mins for a 4.2gb game to write, I only use Apple brand dvd-r media and have had 100% success , no dodgy FMV skips ect.. perfect dvd copies..

Same method for cd games except rip them with "astarte cd copy" rather than dvd extractor.

I never patch any of my PS2 dvd-r or cd-r 's and using these methods have had 100% success booting them un-patched..

dvd extractor can be found on www.versiontracker.com I think, astarte cd-copy and Roxio Toast you will have to find elsewhere.

Mac User Too!

I 've a G4 with Superdrive too! Going to Backup my PS2 game, do I still need a mod-chipped PS2? If so, any recommandation?
