There are also couple of progs to read nfo files
i use DAMN Nfo Viewer, works great |

Just use notepad, set the font to terminal and size 9 (or 12 for a bit bigger)

I use 'fixedsys' font personally as I'm not interested in the ASCII art when reading an NFO. I also tell windows to use Notepad for .NFO files rather than System Info!
But everyone has his/her own preferences
