well it is working now, and i did it by some other way. take a look
first a patched the game with the crack (some diferent one, with 64kb) i got it at

i really dont remember
but the file name is
SUDDEN.STRIKE.2.19.ENG.NOCD.ZIP
anyway,
my second step was: after patching in the folder *:\suddenstrike2 with the crack i got the files n2Menu_dll.dll and sudtest.ini in the SAME FOLDER (just copying)
my final step: i louched the game with the SORTCUT, but using it in the game folder NOT in the desktop
anyway it is working now...
