Whats this liquid holding stuff? for wires etc.

whats that liquid or clear stuff that people use to hold the wires in place?

I want to get some. Its some kind of gel stuff

Ummmm..... Don’t know what you’re talking about unless you are referring to solder paste. But this inst meant to hold the wire in place it’s meant to aid in making a good clean bond for the solder while soldering. You can get it at Radio Shack look for 'Rosin Solder Flux' or anything like that.

Ive heard that low temp glue sticks are better. Especially if you ever intend on taking off the wires. I have used high temp on other things and that stuff sticks hard.

never used a glue gun. Got one though

Will it peel off if u want to get it off? or do you have to heat it to get it off?

Thats why I said use low temp glue sticks. They dont stick as hard as the high temp sticks do. You should be able to just gently peel it off.

personally low temp doesnt bond to the board well

hight temp does, and it comes off without any problems
