Even convicts have morals and a guy like Scott wont last long, shoot they might even just kill him in the pen, which would be a much more brutal death then the "human" one he would receive from the state.

I would have to agree with this comment 100%. Convicts do take crimes against children as being the lowest act! They will certainly deal with him in their own way and that wont be pleasant!
I look forward to our next discussion, hopefully it wont be such a heated one.
All the best to you and I do hope your town/community can now have some closure to this whole unfortunate incident. That maybe still wont happen untill the decision of what will actually happen to him gets handed down!
P.S: The story, of the guilty verdict, did make it into our local paper on Sunday.
