Installer Creator Updated to v2.3

Changes

* Fixed Autorun Theme Bug.
* Upgraded from 3 to 1000 Internal Files.
* Fixed and Updated Components
* And some other changes, lol.
* Added tutorials thanks to Inge for his wonderful work, don't know how he did it but I guess we all have our specialties. Thanks.
* Thanks to some forum users who helped or who still help with creating Installer Creator.
* Saving and compiling errors fixed.
* Minor adjustments.
* Updator Improved.
* Server changed and updated.
* Codejock Theme function removed, it prevents some functions from working.
* Fullscreen slideshow now works with ProgressBar unlike 10 seconds slider.
* Fixed after installation error.
* Vitenamese Language updated.

something is wrong with importing that dll. most definitely, it's botva2 problem.

The "could not call proc" Error I've got once If have set a wrong Size for Setup Window. Changing the Size of this Window (from 1024x768 to 1100x700) have solve the Problem! If you use .png Pictures you have to change the Size for this and .bmp Mask too.

btw. is there a way to remove pages from the installer-tab?
as i got the same problem like fore_God, i never got a chance to see what my installer skips or not.

PS: do you update the precomp to 0.43 too? your compressor and unpacker are 0.43

I don't think codejock is coming back unless I find a fix for it.

installer pages disable themselves if they are not used.

I tried adding 0.43 but does not unpack.

Anyways, For IC v2.4, I have vision that this will be the changelog.

I have to:
* Update server for online updates.
* Add video preview while installation.
* Add text uppercaser
* Add more licensing features.
* Add new extension for *.icc which is Installer Creator Conversion
* Revive Converter Ultra for Installer Creator for quick no fuss conversions.
* Improve small buttons, maybe you'll be able to even resize them from now on.
* Improve IC bugs, (not really easy dealing with a 20,000 lined script).
* Add more protection to archive passwords.
* Add more serial codes combinations.
* Improve temp cleanup.
* Find a way for all font previews to be possible.
* More page previews.
* Add IC Portal.

ETA: 45 Days (got exams on the way)

why your script is so large , try to optimize and decrease size of your script, my biggest script was ~12000 lines but then i begin to optimize it and now it only ~5500 lines and 230 kb, and all abilities of a script are still present.
