Talking Sims 2 Installation Help!

hello peoples im looking for some help in installing a few of the sims 2 expansion packs i have backups to most of the packs and im currently trying to install sims pets. i keep getting a msg that says "A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'TSData\Res\Sound\Misc.package' im getting that exactly after i select auto run. if anybody has had this problem before please help. thanks alot

No need to open two threads. That's one
Second: it looks like a bad backup or a scratched disk. This happens only if your disk got scratched or the backup you've made wasn't a good one.

I didnt open up 2 threads i was on the phone and i stoped and got logged out or somthin!

yeh thanks for the help. and nahh luciel i downloaded the backups from u torrent so like wolfsrain said it might be a bad copy or somthin.
