BReWErS Borderlands TSAOGK Plus 16 Trainer Crashes...

wow. even the mighty falls every now and again.

to get this crash, equip an eridian weapon such as the 'eridian cannon.' then ready that weapon. now press 'f1' to enable 'infinite ammo' trainer option. instant crash to desktop.

other options like 'super speed,' 'super jump,' 'inf shield power,' 'one hit kill,' etc. seem to trigger random crashes.

other than the mentioned crash caused by 'inf ammo' in combination with an eridian weapon equiped, 'inf ammo' and 'inf health' seems to be pretty stable (over 4-6 hours of play). awesome trainer, otherwise.

Just a trivial question: are you sure the trainer is for the exact version of the game that you have installed?

have you tried running the trainer exe as administrator? i guess it will not work when running it without admin rights because it drops the brewers.dll (wich does the 'cheating') into the windows folder.

Looks like a typical unreal engine crash to me. It's picky about which memory addresses are used, or rather what areas gamecode flows into. I wouldn't have thought that hacking it via .dll injection (and not static caves) would have caused this issue, but it looks too similar to me :/

i just tried brewers' plus 16 trainer for borderlands v1.3.1.

well, i was hoping it would be better than the one in the original post. alas, it hangs the game after some time of play. i have the following options enabled:

inf ammo
inf health
super speed
one hit kill
inf shield power
no-recoil
super zoom
super jump

i suspect 'super speed', 'one hit kill', 'super zoom', and/or 'super jump' may be the cause of the game hanging.

anyway, i'm not bashing brewers. i'm just letting folks who plan to use their trainer that it may cause their game to hang in random places at random time.
