PoxyLok V1.3b is the latest version of this tool. It is from 19th June 2001.
PoxyLok is just creating a fixed exe file, which isn't other than the available NoCD cracks for online-gaming.

I downloaded PoxyLok V1.3b and tried to start it. It really do nothing. According to the readme.txt it should open a "FileOpen"-dialog.
I don't know why it isn't working.

PoxyLok only runs on Win 9x/ME.

As far as I know, files protected with CopyLok/CodeLok only run on these Windows versions. That is why you do not see any recent game protected with it

Also for futher note, copylok is a wrapper that protects files, and is not a cd-checker. So removing copylok wont defeat the cd-checking routines.

its nt compatible. oni/rune/gangsters are copylok wrapped and can be unwrapped within nt environment.

bp getdrivetypea (up to 5 disc checks depending on version).
patch the proc
bp getversion puts you at the oep of unprotected file
dump
use imprec to fix calls (should all be valid theres no messing around with the iat)

itīs a lame protection... but itīs not used anymore in recent games.
last copylok wrapped games were released back in 2001.
