another ?

Now that i have finally decided what dvd-r to buy, tnx to u guys, i some other questions if yall dont mind,,, i have a ps2 v4 with a neo key mod chip, that i used to play backups with it till i lost my gs2 when i moved about 6 months ago.. my question is,

1) will my ps2 with the neo key will boot my dvd-r backups or do i need to install a different mod chip now,... i read the boot guide on this forum and did not see a procedure to boot dvdr backups for the neokey chip...

2) i also saw that the mesiath chip need no special procedure for booting backups.. is that the best one??

3) which dvd-r media is good for ps2 dvd format games backups,, other than the widely known verbatim at 4x, since im getting the pioneer 105...

tnx in advance guys...

ps.. sorry for all the questions is just that im a bit rusty at this,, havent been up to date lately...

1. The Neo key will not boot dvd backups.
2. Messiah 2 is the best chip around. Stick in a backup and play.
3. An excellent choice is Ritek dvd-r. Although prices have been on the rise somewhat, it is still cheap and works excellent for both ps2 games and dvd movies.

Hope this helps.

Order the Messiah 2 from Charlie_PS2 or Dust2Dust.....

Neither of them are in the US but they are HIGHLY trusted members of this forum and deal directly with the Messiah 2 team... So you can be assured that you will get a GENUINE Messiah 2 and not some other BS chip......

Alot of people on this forum have ordered the Messiah 2 from them (Myself included)..... They are top notch.....
