Is there any possibility for a no-DVD crack for the U.S version? The ones that are posted on the site are for the european version with a Runaway 2.exe. The US version has a TDOTT.exe and the others don't work with this. Thanks in advance.

I find it hard to believe that no one has been able to come up with a no-cd for the North America/U.S. version of this game as there are no-cd's for all the other versions. What is the problem with this one that there isn't a no-cd patch for this yet?

gcw does not make the cracks..
read the rules and faq, then you might understand things
north america / us version might have different copy protection

it usually happens that the team cracking it crack only 1 version of the game (which is typically the european version)....

This is not usually the case in my experience as most games for quite a while seem to be originating in Europe and then picked up by a separate publisher for a NA/US release. In practically every case there was a no-cd/dvd created for the releases. Now I just hope one is created for this version soon,

well i guess you must be dreaming in your experience.. the scene releases (where the cracks come from) do not allow duped releases of the same game - thats an instant nuke.. publisher difference might only be if the game used different copy protection and was still uncracked...

I've got the gatefold sleeve edition of this game which comes with Runaway 1 too, I bought this in the UK and the .exe is named Runaway TDOTT
(around 3.5MB in size), not runaway 2 here as well (the game is version 1.3) we need a NoCD crack! (so bored of FPS)

Why you bored, surely you can play with your original or make an image from your original?

Some versions of Runaway 2 in some countries are protected by the Starfarce garbage right?

The original spanish version I don't know exactly what protection is but is one that uses a big ring under the surface of original disk I guess is Ring protect or protect Cd Im not sure I like this protection this Spanish Publisher (FX Interactive) uses coz is not so problematic as Starfarce The ring isn't a big deal to bypass generally and you can make an image as it and mount it without any problems even in some cases you can burn a backupcd/dvd from the original and use that backup as play cd and save your original in safe place if you don't get a proper crack. The exe doesn't semes really encrypted

Even some protections not so restrictive as starfarce for example Securom 7 this is a bit difficult coz the encryptation of the exe

And I see are patches for the english version I have not seen any patches for the spanish version on the Publisher page maybe I'd search on google I have slowdowns on some parts from this games I don't know if it's a bug
