1. Install the Game And All the updates you want
2. Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
3. Run UltraARC.exe select game folder, output location, press Start.

DVD1-4.36GB
DVD2-1.74GB

NOTE: This is based on Original Only, the more DLC Content (songs )
you add the bigger the output DVD's become.
