Aladdin 4032, XT+, Live on Xbox version 1.0 and 1.1

Hi, I've got this unsolved problem. I have installed Aladdin chips (4032, XT+, Live) in version 1.2 to 1.6 and they all worked fine. But when it comes to installing Aladdin Chip in Version 1.0 or 1.1, I have problem with switching it on. It seems as if the switch does not work properly after installing the chip. I've correctly followed the Aladdin circuit diagram. But the problem still persisted. I don't have this switch-on problem when installing the Aladdin chip in Xbox version 1.2-1.6 . I hope I am not the only one in this world to have this problem. What's the remedy for this switch-on problem, thank you alot.

Do you get errors or does the xbox work as if the chip were not even on. Are you doing an eject/power button mod at all, in addition to the switch? What bios version are you using? Are you using 1.6/1.6b bios on a 1.0-1.5 xbox?

There's no error, and the chip works. But the problem is it does not smoothly turn on. It intermittently turns on, which is annoying. And this happens everytime I put an Aladdin chip into a Xbox version 1.0 and 1.1.
It doesn't happen when I put it in version 1.2-1.6.
I did not change any bios.

Im not sure I completely understand. Are you saying that it sometimes works, and sometimes does not? It could be a contact issue.

You should try changing the bios to a 1.0-1.5. Most bios hacks are 1.0-1.5, then a seperate set for 1.6/1.6b. There is probably a reason for that.

Yeah, using the same bios on 1.0-1.5 as on 1.6/b can't be good.

Get a real 1.0-1.5 bios instead. iND 5003 or X2 4983 will do the job just fine.
