Help with Stunt GP and Pro Pinball (PAL)

I tried to rip these games on the weekend but had problems getting both to work.

Int he case of Stunt GP, it loads part way thorugh and then crashes out to the DC explorer screen. I patched with hack3 and #####ed the 1st_read.bin for the other hex strings but neither was there.

Problem with Pro Pinball is that it gets to the game start menu, but when you go to strat one fo the pinballs, the screen goes black and then hangs. Again, I patched with hack3 and then #####ed 1pinball.bin for the two other hex strings, but neither were there.

Has anyone managed to get either of these working, and if so, how.
