sega saturn prob?

hi,
i just found panzer dragoon saga at a 2nd hand shop for 4.99 euro

anyway my sat im giving me s hit. after about 30 seconds it just turns off

its not the plug or anything.

ive got another sat with a bust cd drive but otherwise it works fine .
question is should i swap the power supply board from one to the other????
